REPAIR SERVICES
Warped Sportz is a technical service center for Planet Eclipse.
Servicing all 05/06 EGO's and Etek's including private label EGO's such as the Dark, XSV, SL66, Pev's or Nexus.
Warped Sportz is a repair center for all Warped Sportz Dark EGO's. Warped Sportz follows all the terms and conditions set forth by the Warped Sportz Service Agreement.

Upon reciept of a Service Order # with Warped Sportz you will need to do the following steps:
1) Please DO NOT send in a Barrel or Air System, unless directed by Warped Sportz staff.
2) Package the marker very well as to avoid damage during shipping. Warped Sportz is not liable for damages incurred from shipping, so pack it up well. Bubble Mailer is NOT recommended.
3) Write your Service Order # with the mailing address.

4) Ship your marker with proof of delivery to Warped Sportz. Signature Confirmation is the recommended choice. Both UPS and USPS offer this service to its customers. Warped Sportz is NOT liable for lost packages.
FAQ's about service
Q ~ How long will it take to service my marker?
A ~ Usually it will be serviced and shipped back to you within 2 business days. You will be contacted by Warped Sportz if additional time is needed for service.
Q ~ How do I track the progress of my Repair / Service?
A ~ You will be issued a User Account and Password when you call to obtain a Service Order #. You will be able to log into your online account 24/7 and track the status of your marker.
Q ~ How long will it take to recieve my marker once service is complete?
A ~ Warped Sportz ships via FEDEX Ground service. Other shipping options and services are available upon request. |
